Itinerary
Day 01
After your arrival, you will be driven to Negombo and unwind from your adventure
Day 02
Start your day with a Visit to Munneswaram and Manavari Temple, which are situated in Chilaw. These temples are well-known for their beautiful architecture as well as their religious significance. Continue the trip to Kandy, which is very famous for its rich culture and historic past. Start your trip to Temple of the Tooth as soon as you arrive in Kandy. You can also observe the nearby neighbourhood market.
Day 03
Reach Nuwara Eliya to see the two major Ramayana sites Sri Baktha Hanuman Kovil and Seetha Amman Kovil. Enjoy the stunning landscape of the hill country, which is famous for its tea plantations.
Day 04
Move to a quaint hill city Bandarawela. It is full of rolling hills and tea plantations. Visit the holy Hindu shrine of Gayathri Peedam which is devoted to the goddess Gayathri and Divurumpola. It is known for Sita’s Agni Pariksha.
Day 05
After the exploration of Bandarawela, on the fifth day proceed to Ella to explore the well-known city Ravana Caves and Ravana Falls. These two historic sites have a connection to the Ramayana. Later, you will be taken to Kataragama, which is known as the sacred pilgrimage site.
Day 06
Begin the day with spiritual bliss by visiting the holy Kataragama Temple. Every Murugan devotee should visit this temple. The mystical area of Ussangoda offers both unique red-coloured soil and stunning views. Your tour will continue to Rumassala Temple, which is in Galle. End your day after discovering Seenigama Temple in Hikkaduwa and Sri Anjaneyar Temple in Colombo.
